The three cities of Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Xinxiang will lead the model of manufacturing growth and the new model of transformation and upgrading through pioneering, key breakthroughs and demonstrations.
According to the approval opinion, Henan Province will establish and improve the interactive cooperation mechanism between Zhengzhou, Luoyang and Xinxiang, and form a new industrial pattern of coordinated dislocation development. At the same time, in order to better support the pilot demonstration work of the three cities, the existing capital channels will be integrated, and the “Made in China 2025†industrial fund will be established to accelerate the construction of a new manufacturing system.
According to the creation plan of Henan Province, the basic principle of Zheng Luoxin's pilot demonstration is to focus on high-end, green, intelligent, and integrated, to implement manufacturing innovation center construction, intelligent manufacturing, technological transformation, service-oriented manufacturing, and industrial strong base.
