The difference in the edge dimensions requires that the design of the cold-bent hole type of the high-strength structural steel plate requires more lateral positioning devices, reasonable design of the hole shape, reasonable placement of the roll gap, etc., to ensure that the material entering each hole type is not Deviation and eliminate as much as possible the influence of the difference in surface flatness and material edge size on the shape of the subsequent cold-formed shape; another prominent feature is that the springback of the high-strength structural steel plate is more serious, and the rebound will result in The arc edge must be corrected by bending, and the corner angle is difficult to master. It needs to be adjusted and corrected during the production debugging process.

(2) More molding passes are required. In the roll cold forming process, the main processing process is bending deformation. Except for the slight reduction of the bending angle of the product, the thickness of the deformed material is assumed to remain unchanged during the forming process; in the hole design, attention should be paid to the proper distribution deformation. The amount, especially in the first track, the latter, the deformation is not easy to be too large. In addition, the side rolls and over-bending rolls can be used to pre-bend the profile and the neutral line of the section of the profile coincides with the neutral line of the finished profile to balance the forces on the top and bottom of the profile, thereby avoiding longitudinal bending. If longitudinal bending is found during processing, some rolls can be added according to the actual situation, paying particular attention to the following.

Others such as straightening with a straightening machine, changing the spacing of the racks, using rollers, adjusting the roll gap of each sort, etc. can reduce or eliminate longitudinal bending. It should be noted that it is necessary to have skilled techniques to reduce the longitudinal bending by adjusting the roll gap of each sort.

(3) Control of the cold bending speed of the roll, the adjustment of the forming roll pressure should be appropriate, minimize the repeated cold bending and bending fatigue cracks, and properly lubricate and cool, further reduce the occurrence of thermal stress cracks, etc., and control the bending radius, that is, bending The radius should not be too small, otherwise the surface of the product is prone to crack. For the post-ductile fracture phenomenon of the high-strength plate in the cold forming cold bending process, in order to meet the structural design requirements, it is recommended to optimize the cross-sectional shape under the premise of meeting the mechanical design requirements of the material. It is also an effective method to increase the radius of the corner, reduce the cold bend angle or increase the cross-sectional shape.
