Working Principle

The hammer crusher operates primarily by utilizing impact energy to break down materials. When in operation, the motor drives the rotor at high speed, and the material is evenly fed into the crushing chamber. As the high-speed rotating hammers strike and shear the incoming material, it is broken into smaller pieces. Due to gravity, the material is then thrown against the baffle and screen bars within the frame. Below the rotor, a sieve plate is installed. Material that is fine enough to pass through the sieve holes is discharged, while larger particles remain on the sieve and continue to be impacted and ground by the hammers until they reach the desired size. Once crushed to the required specification, the material exits through the sieve plate, completing the process efficiently and effectively.
