Working Principle The hammer crusher operates primarily by utilizing impact energy to crush materials. When in operation, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. As the material moves, gravity causes it to be thrown against the baffle and screen bars inside the frame. Below the rotor, a sieve plate is installed.
