Wooden door acceptance should pay attention to five points

1. The appearance should be aesthetically pleasing: the painted surface of wooden doors and windows must be smooth, glossy, and free from defects such as peeling, bubbling, wrinkling, corrosion, dead knots, or breaks. The door and window panels should be made of wood that matches the frame in color. The color difference between the veneer and the wood grain should not be significant, and the type of wood used should be consistent throughout.

2. The door and window sash should be square and not warped or deformed. It should fit snugly into the frame without any noticeable gaps. If there is a large gap between the sash and the frame, it may be due to improper installation or an unvertical frame. In such cases, the sash can be removed and re-planed, or the frame can be adjusted with shims to ensure proper alignment.

3. Hinges must be installed accurately and securely. If the hinges are not aligned properly, the door or window may not open or close smoothly. To fix this, loosen one screw on each hinge first, adjust the position of the sash relative to the frame, and then tighten all screws once the alignment is correct. If the screws are too short or twisted, they should be replaced with the appropriate size. When tightening, make sure the screws are straight and driven in by tapping them 1/3 of the way before fully screwing them in.

4. The door lock should operate smoothly, with both the lock and the strike plate matching correctly. Improper installation can lead to difficulty in opening or closing the door. If necessary, remove the strike plate, chisel out the groove if needed, and adjust the position of the strike plate on the door frame before reinstalling. Also, ensure that the door opens in the correct direction as per the design requirements.

5. A base material must be present beneath the door and window panels. If the window panel is made of blockboard or MDF, the base board should be fixed to the window frame’s substructure before nailing. For door panels, wooden frames should be constructed, straightened, and then assembled and mounted on the wall. After that, the base board and veneer should be applied. Tap the side panels of the door or window cover with your hand—if you hear an empty sound, it indicates that no base board was used underneath, and the panel should be redone.

Ceramic Plunger Pump

The liquid inlet/outlet adopts a ceramic hard seal structure, the liquid is in contact with the ceramic throughout the entire process, and does not touch the stainless steel jacket. The ceramic parts of the liquid inlet/outlet can be disassembled for cleaning and disinfection like the ceramic plunger rod and the ceramic reversing rod, which completely solves the problem of cleaning the dead angle between the steel jacket and the ceramic.
