Arrived at the scene When you arrive on the scene, keep these key points in mind: 1 , vehicle location In order to protect on-site personnel and consider the use of rescue vehicles, this is often referred to as "avoid" location and can be incorporated into local processes. The location of the rescue vehicle is very important: the rescue vehicle should be close enough to the accident zone to ensure that the equipment is readily available, but it must not be too close to prevent access to the accident site.
