Powder metallurgy international standard learning seminar started in Beijing

The Secretariat of the China Machine Tool Association of Powder Metallurgy held a seminar on the international standard for powder metallurgy in Beijing from May 13 to 14, 2009, in accordance with the decision of the Sixth Session of the Standing Council. The seminar hired Professor Han Fenglin to give a lecture. The lecture is divided into three units.
Professor Han first introduced the history of China's powder metallurgy standard system and the current state of China's powder metallurgy standards. It emphasized the importance of implementing the international standards for powder metallurgy and explained two documents issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine: "Administrative Measures for the Adoption of International Standards" and "Implementation Rules for the Administration of International Standard Product Marks (Trial)".
Then use two multi-unit time to detail the current 21 "International Standards for Powder Performance Testing Methods", 15 "International Standards for Testing Methods of Powder Metallurgy Materials and Materials Properties" and US MPIF Standard 35: Powder Metallurgy Structural Parts Materials The standard (2007 edition) was explained in detail item by item and was welcomed by the participants. After each unit was finished, the delegates raised questions about the acquisition of the unit and their work practices. Professor Han gave an answer and made everyone very inspired.
Through the discussion and discussion of this standard seminar, the participants were able to understand the international standards of powder metallurgy, the US MPIF standards and the current state of powder metallurgy standards in China, and learned how to use such standards in future work.
