Current status and prospects of domestic tool PVD technology application and research:
1 Although domestic high-level PVD coating technology has not yet reached the level of industrial production, it has become the key development direction of the tool coating industry, and the country has shown a diversified development trend;
2 Since 2000, tool coating technology has set off a second development boom in China. Nano-super hard film technology has become a hot spot in the research and development of coatings;
3 There have been high levels of superhard film preparation technology in China, and it is expected that industrial production technology and equipment will be launched in a short time;
4 It is expected that within 20 years, China will be expected to form a high level of tool coating processing service system.
