After power-on self-test, this device will run auto environment adaption. This device will adjust itself to suitable detecting threshold according to the place of use.
This advanced technology help user get good detecting result in most of places, no matter expert or novice. User never leads to poor or failed detection result due to improper sensitivity adjustment.
 
 
˜ 8-LED SIGNAL STRENGTH INDICATION
The 8-LED bar will light up according to the signal strength from low to high, green à yellow à red, higher signal, more LED.
 
 
˜ Standby / Idle Phone Registration Detection
When the signal strength of cell site weakens, the cellphone will re-scan the cell site to do new registration automatically. Or the cell site will initiate registration on its own by sending a signal to the cell phone causing the phone to transmit and identify itself.
This device can detect the standby / idle phone, especially smartphone, when it does registration / communication with the cell site. The interval time and number of times of registration / communication is varied among different networks and cell phones.
 
˜ Strong signal warning (Hi Signal)
After power-on environment adaption, if this device finds strong radio waves around, the Hi Signal warning light will light up to alert the user. If the signal strength of four corners of the room are similar, it indicates that is environmental noise. If just specific place with strong signal, it indicates that the source of radio waves in the vicinity of that place.

˜ MANUAL ENVIRONMENT ADAPTION
  1. When change to other place for detection, press and hold the "Env. Adapt" button for 3 seconds, this device will run environment adaption and tune this device at the most appropriate detecting threshold.  Sometimes, we might lose the signal during locating the position of    signal source. At this moment, press and hold the "Env. Adapt" button for 3 seconds, this device will run environment adaption once and get the signal to continue the detection.
 
 
 
˜ SENSITIVITY LEVEL DOWN-MINUS BUTTON
This device is applied advanced technology of digital sensitivity adjustment. Press once the "- (minus) button", located at the left side of front view, can lower sensitivity one level, the detecting distance will become shorter, the 7-segment LED will appear .Meanwhile, the signal strength LED will become less accordingly. This function is nice for finding the location of signal source. 
 
˜ Detect GPS tracker (2G / 3G / 4G Multi networks modem)
  1. GPS tracker sends "location data" or voice communication of the traced target through GSM / 3G modem to enable the trace person knowing the activity of traced target. Advanced GPS tracker has 2G / 3G / 4G multi networks modem.3G 2100 is difficult to detect since its output power is small.
