The ginseng slicer is a high-performance machine designed for precision slicing of medicinal herbs. It features a single-phase motor, premium bearings, and a four-blade cutting head that ensures smooth and efficient operation. With a low-speed transmission system, the machine delivers excellent slicing quality and allows for adjustable slice thickness, making it ideal for use in Chinese pharmacies, herbal processing centers, and traditional medicine factories. Its compact design, ease of use, and energy-efficient performance make it a reliable choice for both small and large-scale operations.
Instructions:
1. Adjustment: Begin by loosening the copper column nut. Adjust the thickness by moving the nut along the copper column. Once the desired thickness is achieved, secure the nut and copper column tightly. Avoid rotating the blade while it's parallel to the cutter. Always ensure the cutter is slightly below the blade before starting. The adjustment range is approximately 3mm, and the thickness can be smoothly adjusted as needed.
2. Blade Replacement: Insert the hexagonal handle into the side hole of the machine. Rotate the disc to align the blade correctly, then loosen the two hexagonal screws to replace the blade. Ensure the new blade is properly secured after installation.
Usage Steps:
1. Slicing Process: Preparation → Feeding → Slicing → Discharge
2. Preparation: Gather the materials to be sliced and prepare the tray or container for collection.
3. Feeding: Remove the plastic stamper, set the desired slice thickness, and start the machine. Place the material into the feeding port once the machine is running.
4. Slicing: Press the material firmly with your hand or a die to ensure even cutting. Each rotation of the blade can produce two slices simultaneously.
5. Discharging: After slicing, remove the finished slices from the discharge port.
Tips for Better Results:
1. Preparation: Moist materials are easier to slice than dry ones. If the material is too dry or hard, consider softening it first to avoid excessive dusting. For highly viscous materials, increasing the slice thickness can improve the cutting process.
2. Feeding: When slicing small pieces, use the plastic stamper to hold the material in place to prevent it from bouncing out. For larger pieces, cut them down to a suitable size before feeding them into the machine.
