3. Function Details
3.1 Query Functions
3.1.1 Location Query
After receiving a location query command, the terminal returns the current vehicle's location data, including time, longitude, latitude, speed, direction, position status, and vehicle/terminal status.
3.1.2 Vehicle Status Query
When a parameter status query is received, the terminal provides the current status of the vehicle, such as location, vehicle status, terminal status, settings, and mileage.
3.1.3 Vehicle Parameter Query
The device can also retrieve VIN, license plate number, vehicle type, driver account number, and more.
3.1.4 Terminal Version Query
Upon receiving a version query command, the terminal returns its software and hardware version information, including model, main chip, software version, and release date.
3.1.5 Historical Track Query
Historical driving data is stored in the server database. Users can query specific time periods and replay the track with visual representation.
3.2 Settings
3.2.1 ACC Timing Return Interval
Set the time interval for returning location data when the ignition is on or off. Default is 30 seconds when on, and 6 minutes when off.
3.2.2 Overspeed Alarm Threshold
An overspeed alarm triggers if the vehicle exceeds the set threshold for over 10 seconds. Default is 10 km/h, but it can be adjusted up to 255 km/h.
3.2.3 Parking Timeout Alarm
If the vehicle is stationary for longer than the set timeout, an alarm is triggered. Default is 1 minute, but can be adjusted up to 255 minutes.
3.2.4 Electronic Fence Setting
Supports up to 30 electronic fences. When entering or exiting a fence, an alert is sent to the center.
3.2.5 IP and Port Settings
Users can change the IP address and port number remotely. Changes take effect after the terminal restarts.
3.2.6 Remote PBX Number Download
The terminal can store up to 40 group numbers. This feature requires an external phone or display.
3.2.7 Timing Monitoring Settings
The center can set the timing monitoring interval from 1 to 255 seconds. Default is 30 seconds.
3.2.8 Distance Monitoring Settings
Distance-based alerts can be set from 50 to 9999 meters. Default is 100 meters.
3.2.9 Transparent Transmission Mode
Allows direct data transmission between the terminal and the server without protocol conversion.
3.2.10 Connection Method
Supports GPRS connection via UDP, TCP, or DUP+TCP modes.
3.2.11 Fatigue Driving Settings
Set driving time limits, e.g., 5 to 255 minutes. If exceeded, an alert is generated.
3.3 Control
3.3.1 Remote Restart
Center can send a remote restart command to reset the terminal.
3.3.2 Remote Oil Circuit Control
Can cut or restore the vehicle’s oil circuit remotely.
