In severe cases, the jaws, claws and sternum are soft, the chest is deformed or bent, the joints of the leg bones are swollen, and the fracture is easy.

2, necropsy symptoms. The bones are deformed, softened, bendable, and the joints are swollen. The joints of the ribs and the costal cartilage are swollen into beads, and the sternum and pelvis bones are curved.

3. Prevention and control measures. Strengthen the management of feeding, and feed the laying hens to the sun, and the cages are regularly irradiated with ultraviolet rays. Diets rich in vitamin D, such as bone meal, fish meal, and calcium glycerophosphate, are added to the diet. The sick chicken can be fed with a vitamin D2 of 10,000-15,000 international units per kilogram of body weight.
