Simply put, some countries simply do not levy this part of the tax, and talk about export tax rebates. Therefore, the Chinese government's export tax rebate for aluminum products has nothing to do with export prices, and accuses Chinese companies of exporting products for tax rebates without any basis.

In addition, since the release of China's export tariffs on aluminum bars since May 1st, foreign aluminum companies and industry organizations have accused the policy or promoted the export of electrolytic aluminum. The classification of export products is the professional regulations of the customs. Since the announcement of the cancellation of tax rebates in April, China’s non-alloy aluminum rods (pure aluminum rods) exported 11 tons in May, and alloy rods exported 1557 tons. In June, non-alloy ingots were exported. The export volume of aluminum alloy rods was 1978 tons, and the export volume of non-alloy aluminum rods was small, and the growth rate was also small. Therefore, it is redundant for foreign companies to worry that China's cancellation of aluminum bar tariffs will increase the export of aluminum products and even promote the export of primary aluminum.
