Abstract of the main contents of the thesis: In recent years, China's diamond tool industry has made great progress, and the granulation process has been widely used in industrial production as an important technology. The granulation process is to process a material in a state of powder, melt, aqueous solution or the like into a granule having a certain shape and size. The granulation methods currently used in production are dry, wet and spray granulation. The granulation process has the advantages of improving the fluidity of the powder, reducing the aggregation and segregation of the powder and diamond, and improving the size and weight accuracy of the product. It also makes efficient automatic cold pressing of larger size diamond tips possible. With the continuous improvement of granulation technology and technology and the increasing market demand, domestic diamond tool manufacturers began to apply granulation and automatic cold pressing equipment. However, in the diamond tool industry, the granulation and automatic cold pressing process was originally established on the basis of the pre-alloyed powder commonly used in foreign countries as the material of the diamond product, while the domestic manufacturers mostly used the metal simple mixed powder as the carcass material. Due to the differences in the carcass powder system, simply citing this technology will have an impact on the performance of the tool, which brings us new thinking. This article explores this issue.
