In order to improve the overall quality of the workforce, and create a good atmosphere among employees among students who love learning, skills, and technical skills, on December 31, 2008, the East China Superhard Materials Institute held a staff skill competition. The contestants signed up to participate in the competition for "measuring product size" and "identifying product model".
