According to the CNAS/CL01:2006 “Guidelines for the Accreditation of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”, the expert review team carefully reviewed the laboratory's continued effectiveness in management, technology, and quality system operations. Laboratory personnel and testing capabilities are the focus of this review. In order to verify the testing capabilities of the abrasives laboratory, the samples taken cover most of the testing items. For ordinary abrasives, samples of brown corundum, white corundum, silicon carbide, boron glass powder, and phenolic resin powder were taken; synthetic diamond samples were extracted for superabrasives; ceramic flat grinding wheels were used for grinding abrasives, and for grinding Samples of the grinding wheel; in the case of coated abrasives, samples of abrasive cloth, sand wheel and steel paper sand disc were taken; in the case of superhard abrasives, diamond grinding wheel samples were taken. The scope and quantity of the sample samples have not been seen in previous reviews. This is a severe test for the technical level, inspection capability and management level of abrasive abrasive laboratory personnel.
After three days of intense work by the expert group, the assessment team gave full affirmation and high evaluation to the operation, inspection capability and level of the management system of the National Abrasives Quality Inspection and Inspection Center. The acceptance of the acceptance criteria has greatly encouraged all employees of the National Abrasives Quality Inspection and Inspection Center.
