Principles and Functions of Construction Waste Sorting and Processing Equipment

The construction waste sorting equipment is a series of processes such as forklifts, conveyors, crocodile-breakers, secondary roll-breakers, dial mills, magnetic separators, air separations, eddy currents, and dust collection. Blocks, waste clothes, plastics, wood, aluminum, wires, iron and magnetic materials, plastic films, and light materials are selected separately. The complete assembly line is automated, handling more than 1,000 tons per day, and only 5-8 people can operate it. Sorting purity reaches about 98%. It is a state-reclaimed environmental protection recycling project that is mainly used for the separation of construction waste.

Usually made of wood, ceramic, or plastic. Springerle moulds are the oldest examples of such, and are popular for Scottish shortbread. A cookie mould typically has an ornate design debossed into the surface; the mould is pressed into the cookie dough to produce an embossed design. These moulds may be flat disks or may be in the shape of a rolling pin.
