According to the statistics of the Milling Machine Branch of China Machine Tool Industry Association, CIMT2015 (the 14th China International Machine Tool Exhibition) held more than 100 domestic and foreign vertical processing centers, and the overseas exhibits are highly efficient, high-precision, highly flexible and green. In terms of manufacturing technology, we have done our homework, and we have demonstrated the processing of typical parts. We have both innovative structures and optimized and upgraded models of traditional structures, which fully demonstrates that the structure is not the only factor that restricts our technological development. The vertical processing centers exhibited by domestic enterprises are similar in number to overseas. The emerging enterprises are more homogeneous and the models are more homogeneous. There are no overseas exhibits that are close to the market and industry requirements, and there are fewer physical demonstrations.

1. Diversified machine tools
The rigidity of the machine tool is an important feature of high efficiency and high precision. The corresponding bed structure can make the machine tool obtain good rigidity. (1) Compared with the traditional cross slide structure, the rigidity and stability of the gantry structure have its own advantages. CY Group's CY-EMC5040 machining center (Fig. 1) adopts this structure and carries out technical upgrading: its own advantages are integrated casting. Since the cavity is not clear, it increases the weight of the bed and increases the whole machine. The stability can also meet the shock absorption requirements under high speed conditions. The overall design of the model is compact, with an area of ​​less than 4m2. The machine is equipped with an electric spindle of 8.5kW, and its maximum speed can reach 24000r/min, which better reflects the advantages of high efficiency and high precision.
(2) The miniaturization of the gantry structure is a relatively new layout with more distinctive features, such as the f5 vertical machining center of Makino Machine Tool (Fig. 2). This structure is similar to the gantry structure. The workbench moves on the bed and does not enter the gantry. It is defined as the Y-axis movement. The gantry is made by casting the left and right columns and the beam into one body and connecting with the ribs, which greatly increases the gantry. Stiffness. The long-direction motion on the beam is defined as the X-axis motion. The X-axis and the Y-axis can maintain a uniform working load when linked, and the linkage accuracy, efficiency, stability, and protection effect are all good. CIMT2015 exhibited the common structure of the machine tool. There are other variants of the gantry structure, the moving column structure, the traditional cross slide that optimizes the span support, etc. The technical indexes such as spindle speed, feed acceleration and metal removal rate are significantly larger than previous ones. The characteristics of improvement, efficiency and precision are reflected in practical applications.
2, adapt to automation needs
Part or process group line is one of the ways to solve current employment problems. The number of exhibits in the production line or flexible processing unit of this exhibition has increased significantly compared with the past, and the variety of samples has been differentiated. Not only in the traditional automobile manufacturing industry, but also in the emerging industries such as IT. The reason: the machining center has solved the most important reliability problems while solving the problems of high efficiency and high precision. Shenyang Machine Tool exhibited a drilling and milling production line consisting of three TD-500A vertical drilling and attack centers and a rail-type industrial robot (Fig. 3), which attracted many visitors to stop and watch. The TD-500A has a fast moving speed of 60 m/min and a maximum spindle speed of 20000 r/min. The FANUC system is used. The blank is an aluminum plate and the finished product is a mobile phone case. This line produces a finished product in about 2 minutes. In recent years, consumer electronics products represented by mobile phones have become increasingly competitive, and metal casings have become fashionable. Such products are small in size and large in volume. The automated production line with high-speed and precision machining centers as the core can not only improve production efficiency but also reduce labor costs.
3. Some characteristic vertical machining centers
(1) Shenyang Group's main push model i5m1 (Fig. 4), the tool change time is 1.6s, the three-axis rapid moving speed is 48m/min, the maximum spindle speed is 18000r/min, and the positioning accuracy is ±0.003mm. The highlight is the i5 numerical control system of the machine tool brain with independent research and development and independent intellectual property rights. The system relies on the Internet to realize intelligent correction, intelligent diagnosis, intelligent control and intelligent management, and realizes industrialization, informationization, networking and intelligence. Integration enables industrial machine tools to “talk and think”, satisfying the individual needs of users and realizing “factories on the fingertips”.
(2) Dima CNC high-speed machining center VBZ700HS (Fig. 5), 24000r/min high-speed spindle, stroke 700/500/500mm, rapid movement of 60m/min, 1g axial acceleration, screw hollow oil cooling. Its main feature is that the bed and column are cast by high-tech materials. The bed structure is firm and stable, and it can effectively absorb the impact of high-speed motion. It has good vibration absorption performance, is not sensitive to heat, and is environmentally friendly and low power consumption.

(3) NMC36VS, a high-efficiency vertical machining center of Nanjing Xinzhe CNC, with a stroke of 520x380x450mm, relying on the R&D team of 25i and the joint users to solve the problem, the tool change speed of the domestic machine is 1.6s, and the three-axis acceleration is more than 1g. Rigid tapping 5000r, the program running time is more than 20% higher than the domestic mainstream system. The main innovation of the main machine is: the three-axis screw seat, the nut seat and the basic large piece continuous casting, which solves the problems of process processing, thermal stability and machine rigidity, and has great advantages in processing capability and applicable range. .
