Vulcanization Tank

Vulcanization tanks are essential for curing a wide range of rubber products such as rubber hoses, shoes, cables, rollers, tapes, and sheets. They are also used for large engineering tires, which require specialized large-scale vulcanization tanks. The main structure of a vulcanization tank consists of a cylindrical body and an easily openable lid. Depending on the specific process requirements, the tank can be heated using steam, a steam-air mixture, or hot water circulated through fin tubes to ensure even heat distribution and effective vulcanization.

Flat Vulcanizing Machine

This machine is designed for vulcanizing molded rubber products, tapes, and sheets. It typically includes a heated platen, a pressure frame, and a pressing mechanism. During operation, the rubber product is placed between two heated plates, and the vulcanization pressure is applied through a hydraulic or mechanical system. This ensures that the rubber is uniformly cured under controlled temperature and pressure conditions.

Drum Vulcanizer

Drum vulcanizers are commonly used for continuous vulcanization of tapes and rubber sheets. The product is pressed against a rotating vulcanizing drum, which is heated by a steel belt or similar mechanism. The efficiency and capacity of this machine depend on factors like drum diameter, rotation speed, surface temperature, and material properties. Drum diameters can range from 1500 to 2000 mm, with production speeds reaching up to 1.5–2 meters per minute. In some cases, infrared heating elements are added to enhance the vulcanization process and improve product quality.

Adhesive and Latex Products Machinery

A variety of complex film and rubber products are manufactured using adhesives and latex. The production process for latex products differs significantly from that of dry rubber products. Machinery used in this industry includes equipment for raw material preparation, impregnation, extrusion, and sponge production. One of the most important machines is the impregnation unit, which submerges models into a glue or latex tank. The process involves placing multiple models on a moving upper plate, which dips them into the tank below. After a set period, the models are removed and sent to the next stage of production, ensuring consistent coating and quality.
