Installation and commissioning of the N-type Alloy Rubber Cleaner:
1. The entire unit arrives in a wooden crate, complete with an instruction manual. Based on the illustrations and descriptions provided, fix the adjustment frame onto the lower front part of the conveyor's tail pulley first. Then mount the tile seat onto the adjustment frame and proceed with the installation of the cleaning shaft onto the tile base, securing it properly.
2. Adjust the sweeper by moving the tile seat left or right to ensure slight movement of the entire machine. This allows for fine-tuning of the contact angle between the cleaner blade and the conveyor belt. Gradually reduce the pressure until the optimal setting of 4-6 kg is achieved. Any changes in production conditions or surroundings should prompt real-time adjustments as needed.
