Jaw Crusher Instructions

(1) Preparation Before Starting the Jaw Crusher

1. Make sure that the bearing is well lubricated and that there's enough grease at the joint inside the bracket.

2. Check all fasteners to ensure they are fully tightened.

3. Confirm that all protective devices are in good working condition. If any issues are found, fix them immediately before proceeding.

4. Inspect the crushing chamber for any debris or leftover material. Remove it right away to avoid damage.

(2) Starting the Jaw Crusher

1. Only start the machine after confirming that everything is in good condition, including the motor and transmission system.

2. The jaw crusher should be started without any load.

3. If you notice any unusual noises, vibrations, or other problems after starting, stop the machine immediately. Investigate and resolve the issue before restarting to prevent further damage.

(3) Maintenance and Operation of the Jaw Crusher

1. Once the machine is running smoothly, you can begin feeding material into the crushing chamber.

2. Add the material evenly to avoid sudden changes in load or uneven pressure on one side.

3. Under normal operating conditions, the temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 30°C, and the maximum temperature should not go beyond 70°C. If this happens, stop the machine and find the cause immediately.

4. Before shutting down, stop feeding first. Allow the machine to run until all crushed material has been completely discharged before turning off the motor.

5. If the machine stops due to a blockage, turn off the motor immediately. Remove the material before restarting to prevent further issues.

6. After stopping, rotate the machine slightly to ensure even wear on the parts.

(4) Lubrication of the Jaw Crusher

1. Regularly check and maintain proper lubrication of all moving parts to ensure smooth operation and extend the machine’s lifespan.

2. Use the appropriate type of grease based on the location, ambient temperature, and operating conditions. Common options include calcium-based, sodium-based, or calcium-sodium-based grease.

3. Fill the bearing housing with grease up to 40–70% of its capacity. Replace the grease every three months. When replacing, clean the bearings and housing thoroughly with gasoline or kerosene.

4. Apply grease to the contact points between the brackets before starting the machine.

Superalloy Investment Casting

Super alloy castings refer to the production of components using superalloys—metal alloys designed to withstand high stresses, high temperatures, and often corrosive environments without losing their mechanical strength or stability. These materials typically include combinations of nickel, cobalt, chromium, and iron, and are known for their exceptional heat resistance, corrosion resistance, and strength at elevated temperatures.
Super alloy castings are crafted through processes like Investment Casting, which is ideal for achieving the complex shapes and high precision required in industries where superalloys are crucial. These industries often include aerospace, for turbine blades and jet engine parts; power generation, for boiler parts and gas turbine components; and the chemical industry, where equipment must resist corrosion by harsh chemicals at high temperatures.
These casting processes involve careful control of temperatures and material composition to ensure that the superalloys’ unique properties—such as resistance to thermal creep deformation, surface stability, and resistance to oxidation—are fully realized in the final product.
