Construction procedures and points for laying wooden floors

In the process of home decoration and decoration, if the floor is made of wood flooring, it is generally advisable to follow the following construction procedures:
(1) Make the floor clean and dry, and brush the waterproof coating twice;
(2) Directly frame wooden frames (commonly known as wooden joists) according to the ground bouncing. The cross-sectional size of the wood frame body is 3Omm'40mm or 4Omm'50mm, and the connection method is half-groove fastening, and glue and nail are applied at the buckle joint. After that, use an impact drill to drill a hole in the wooden frame and the ground, fix it with the bolt to the ground, and check whether the frame is kept horizontal.
(3) Nail the base panel on the wooden frame. The base panel may be a thick wood splint or a thick wood strip, and all the edges of the splint and the wood strip are pinned on the midline of the wood frame.
(4) According to each floor size and room area size to determine the floor puzzles and bombs, usually square format, herringbone pattern, ladder and so on.
(5) According to the elastic line test shop, the wood core of the wood is upwards, the sapwood is downwards, and the width between the plate and the plate is not more than 1mm. It is numbered after repeated adjustments, and it is paved along the middle of the ID room in the middle of construction. When paving to the foot of the wall, leave a space of a wide width. Place a wooden block on the empty space and hold it against the water floor. Tighten the wooden wedge of the top tight block at the beginning to tighten the floor.
(6) Using a round nail with a length of 2 to 2.5 times the thickness of the wood board, flatten its head and insert it obliquely from the concave corner of the board. If it is a hard wood board, drill a hole with a diameter smaller than the round nail by hand with a drill to prevent the needle from cracking the wood floor.
(7) After sweeping the floor clean, first press the vertical wood grain to rough the plane again, and then follow the direction of the wood grain to plan it again and then polish it. The total thickness of screed does not exceed 1.5mm.
(8) Remove the top tight blocks around the floor, carry out the floor trimming, collect the available long wooden strips, and also use the wooden floor strips.
(9) After the floor is polished, apply paint, dry it and wax it.
Construction points:
1 The wooden frame must be level after it is fixed on the ground.
2 When laying, try to squeeze the adjacent wooden floor to make it tight and seamless. The height difference between the adjacent water floor should not exceed ±1.5mm, and pay attention to the edge of the floor.
