2) If there is a large difference in the length of the same optical fiber cable, the debugging should be done from the other end or a pass light test should be conducted to determine the fiber cut condition.

3. The end face of the movable connector (joint) at both ends of the fiber patch cord (optical jumper) should be fitted with a suitable protective cap.

4. The modular universal socket is installed on the raised floor or on the ground and shall be fixed in the junction box. The socket panel shall be erect or horizontal, and the cover of the junction box shall be flush with the ground.

5. The modular universal socket base box should be fixed by preset expansion screws.

6.After the cable is terminated, the remaining amount should be reserved. The reserved length of the twisted pair cable between the handover room and the equipment should be 0.5-1.0m, and the working area should be 10-30mm. The optical fiber cable should be reserved and the reserved length should be 3 ~ 5m; special requirements should be retained according to design requirements.

7. The bending radius of the unshielded 4-pair twisted pair cable should be at least 4 times the outer diameter of the cable; the bending radius of the 4-pair twisted pair cable should be at least 6-10 times the outer diameter of the cable; the bending radius of the trunk twisted pair cable Should be at least 10 times the outer diameter of the cable; the bend radius of the cable should be at least 15 times the outer diameter of the cable.

8. The laying of dark pipe should adopt steel pipe or flame-retardant rigid PVC pipe. When laying multi-layer shielded cable, flat cable and most trunk cable or trunk cable, the utilization of pipe diameter of the straight pipe should be 50%~60%. The curved pipe should be 40% to 50%; when laying 4 pairs of twisted pair cables or 4 cores of cables under the dark pipe, the cross-sectional utilization ratio of the pipe should be 25% to 30%; the wire slot should be used for the embedded wire slot. The section utilization should not exceed 50%.

9. When using ceiling support columns as wire troughs to lay cables in the ceiling, the cables within the scope of each support column can be placed without wire troughs, but the bundles should be bundled and the cable sheaths should be blocked. Burning.

10. The technical requirements for the construction of sub-systems for the construction of sub-systems using overhead, pipeline, buried burial, walls and concealed pipes for laying electricity and optical cables shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the local network communication line project acceptance.

11. The prefabricated trunking in the building should be set up in a single layer. The embedded wire trough should not exceed 3 in each route. The cross section height should not exceed 25mm, and the total width should not exceed 300mm.

12. If the length of the electric pipe or trunking is more than 30m or the crossover and transition of the online slot route are completed, the terminal box should be set.

13. The cable from the wire trough to the information outlet junction box should be laid with a metal hose.

14. Dark pipe laying should not have S bends.

15. The network floor cable is laid with metal trunking.

16. When laying metal wire troughs, connect 3m points for every slot. 0.5m away from both ends, the turn should wait for a bracket or hanger.

17. When using a common column as a roof support column, cables can be laid in the column. The pillar support point should avoid the position of the groove and the slot, and the support should be firm. When the power line and the integrated cloth cable of the column are placed together, the metal plate should be isolated in the middle, and the spacing should meet the design requirements.

18. The cable system subsystem of the integrated wiring system shall not be placed in elevators or shafts for water supply, gas supply and heating pipelines, nor shall it be placed in high-power shafts.

19. No connectors are allowed in the middle of the cable.

20. Twisted cable termination (connected with the connector) should look for the line number, line color scale.

21. When terminating, each pair of twisted pairs shall be kept in a twisted state, and the length of twisted loose shall not be greater than 13 mm for Category 5.

22. When the twisted pair is connected to the 8-bit modular universal socket, the A-type or B-type connection may be used, but in the same wiring project, the two connection methods should not be mixed.

23. The shield of the shielded twisted pair cable must be reliably contacted with the shield at the termination of the connector. The cable shield should be in 360° circumferential contact with the connector shield and the contact length should not be less than 10mm.

24. The length of each type of jumper should meet the design requirements. Generally, the twisted pair jumper should not exceed 5m, and the optical cable jumper should not exceed 10m.

Type 25.6 and fiber optic cabling engineering test items are length, attenuation, wiring diagram, near-end crosstalk, and cable shield connectivity (above for cable systems); attenuation and length (above for fiber optic cable systems).

28. Cabinets and racks should not be installed on the raised floor. The base should be made according to the bottom plane of the equipment. The base is fixed on the floor with expansion screws and the equipment is fixed on the base.

29. After the machine frame and rack are installed, the vertical deviation should not exceed 3mm. Chassis, rack installation location should meet the design requirements.

30. The various parts of the machine frame and frame shall not fall off or break. If the paint surface falls off, it shall be filled with paint. The various marks shall be complete and clear.

31. The machine frames and racks should be firmly installed. If there are seismic requirements, they should be reinforced according to the seismic design of the construction drawings.

32. The main walkway side must be aligned to a straight line with an error of ±5 mm. Adjacent cabinets should be close together.

33. The spacing between cabinets and racks shall not be less than 1.2m, and the distance from the wall shall not be less than 1m.
