Balance valve classification

1, dynamic balancing valve (the principle is that the end flow will not be affected by the pressure fluctuation of the pipe network, suitable for the out-of-way pipeline, variable flow water system)

(1) Dynamic balance electric control valve [for air conditioning box and new air unit]

Dynamic flow balance and proportional integral adjustment synchronization on a single valve body. Seasonal conversion can be automatically performed according to the water temperature to maintain the water balance between winter and summer.

(2) Dynamic balance electric two-way valve (for fan coil)

The electric two-way valve and the dynamic balance synchronization function are realized on one valve body to ensure the stable use of the fan coil. The change in water flow into the coil is only temperature dependent and independent of system pressure changes.

(3) Dynamic differential pressure balancing valve (for use between manifolds)

It has the function of keeping the pressure difference between the system and the return water stable. When the supply and return water pressure difference exceeds the set value, the valve starts to work and adjust until the pressure difference of the return water supply stabilizes at the set value. The static balancing valve is the mainstream design solution ten years ago, because at that time most of the water system is the same pipe, and it is a constant flow water system, so the static balancing valve is used.
