1. The proportion of mortar in the wall joint layer should be appropriate (cement: sand = 1:3). The sand should be as thick as possible to facilitate the evaporation of water (clear sand is ideal for sand without soil).

2, the cement label should not be too high (strength level ≤ 32.5Mpa), to avoid the rapid penetration of cement slurry water into the body of the tile.

3. Place the tiles vertically so that the bricks are completely submerged in clear water for more than 3 hours (defined by no bubbles emerging from the water surface), and then dried vertically for use. Tiles that are laid on the same wall should be immersed in water at the same time, and should be used at the same time. Try to avoid mixing the products after different batches of water immersion, and ensure that the color of the laid products is uniform.

4. When laying the paving, it is necessary to reserve 1~2mm gray joint to facilitate the evaporation of water and avoid the expansion and contraction of the heat and affect the service life of the tile.

5, the tile should not be rushed to sew immediately, generally more than 10 days after the paving, the best joint, which is conducive to the effective evaporation of water in the brick body, so that the ceramic tiles restore color quickly. The gray joints to be left should be filled with white cement and waterproofing (the white cement of the hook should be level with the glazed surface), effectively preventing the clear water from infiltrating into the brick body from the ash seam and causing peripheral discoloration.

6. Before laying the tile, check whether the dryness and wetness of the wall joint layer are consistent. If the wall is dry, evenly sprinkle water, keep the dry humidity of the wall consistent, and avoid the phenomenon of dry and wet disparity in the same wall.
