1. To obtain a high-strength structural adhesive layer, the surface needs to remove the coating, oxide layer, oil dust, release agent and other surface contaminants.
2. Use gloves to minimize contact with the skin. Do not wash hands with solvents.
3. Double cylinder: Insert the cartridge into the splicing plug*, tap the trigger lightly, press the plunger into the cylinder, then open the lid of the cartridge and squeeze out a small amount of adhesive to make it stick in both Free and uniform flow on the surface. If Yang automatically mixes the resin and hardener, the mixing nozzle is attached to the bottom of the cartridge and the gluing begins. If manual mixing is desired, the required amount of adhesive is extruded and thoroughly mixed. After about 15 seconds of mixing, a monochrome glue solution is formed. Large container: The resin and hardener are mixed uniformly according to the weight ratio and volume ratio mentioned in the section of the material properties before curing described above, and after 15 seconds of intense mixing, a monochromatic glue solution is formed.
4. For maximum bond strength, apply adhesive evenly on both surfaces.
5. The gluing process should be completed within 60 minutes. A lot of high temperature will reduce the service life.
6. Coat the two sides coated with adhesive and cure at 25°C for 24 hours to obtain high strength. Heating to 93°C will increase curing speed.
7. During the curing process, do not move parts. The bonding material must be clamped during the curing process. The maximum shear strength can be obtained when the gap of the adhesive layer is 3-9mil.
8. Excess uncured solvent can be cleaned with ketone solvent.
