Since it is furniture imported from Italy, the relevant documents for import should be complete, the value of the goods, the materials, and the brand. Why can't Ms. Yu provide these certification materials? There is no problem with Debon Logistics' claims settlement method. Claims should be based on evidence. As long as Ms. Yu can provide them, I believe Debon Logistics will not rely on it. If the other party refuses to pay the bill, they can also take the legal route.
